Logo Design

Woman’s Tennis Association was hosting a woman tennis open tournament in Hong Kong. They called out a logo for the competition. So I thought it never hurts to try. Purple and pink are their theme colors and Poetsen-one was set to be their official typeface. The design contains the elements of the flag of Hong Kong, which is a petal of Bauhinia blakeana flower. This strongly indicates the symbol of Hong Kong and generates uniqueness. The stroke follows along is the vein line and outline the contour of a tennis ball. The logo creates a look of a petal with stem, the rounded edges and the form of shape make a harmonious balance.

App Design

Most sports event happening in Hong Kong are pretty basic in terms of experience. Which could be dramatically lifted. Imagine you are not given an information overloaded leaflet by the entrance. And you don't need to hold that leaflet with your belongings and possibly holding a hot dog in your hand while you finding your seats. An app for the app would be able to ease all that frustration. The concept of the app is created for audiences to explore the event when they arrive at the venue. It provides matches information, news, weather and also eTicket check-in system as well. They can access different contents in the palm of their hand. Calming their headache to engage in the game.
